The Faribault HRA in partnership with the Rice County HRA, have completed a comprehensive update of the Rice County Housing Study. The original study was conducted in 1999-2000. Since that time, new census data has become available and economic and housing trends have shifted. To reflect these dramatic changes in the housing market, a comprehensive update to the study was conducted in 2005.
The study analyzes current housing needs and offers recommendations for participating agencies to update current housing programs or introduce new programs for maximum benefit.
